CBT (Compulsory Basic Training)
Our CBT course is perfect for beginners. Typically completed in one day, the course includes 5 elements that must be completed consecutively to gain your CBT certificate. CBT 1 day course £195 includes Bike, Jacket and Gloves.
Gear Conversion Course
If you've taken your CBT on an automatic scooter and wish to ride a manual geared motorcycle, we strongly recommend this course to ensure you have the necessary skills and confidence.

What You Need to Get Started
To take the CBT training course, you'll need to: Hold the correct licence (UK/EU), read a number plate from 20.5m, speak English so you can understand Instructions given .. Brush up on Highway Code, wear suitable clothing , We provide you with Helmet , Glove and Jacket if Required . Notice ! please do not wear safety boots as they are not suitable. Have your National Insurance number available for a licence check.
CBT Licence Explained
With a CBT licence, you can ride up to a 125cc motorcycle or scooter on the road for 2 years, display L-Plates, and cannot carry a pillion passenger or ride on motorways. At 16, you're restricted to 50cc, and at 17, you can ride up to 125cc with a limit of 11Kw of power.
